The Chance of a Lifetime!
Thank you for your interest in Costa Rica real estate.
Did you know that according to a CIA report published in 2006, Costa Rica was one of five countries that “stand head and shoulders above all other nations worldwide in terms of the potential their real estate markets present property investors.” Of all the countries, it was the only one in the Americas.
With this in mind, we are offering you the opportunity to be an owner in the first golf course in the Southern region of Costa Rica. We have a limited number of predevelopment lots, each a large 1.25 acres in size (5,000 sq meters), for only $69,900. This includes a lifetime membership to the course. Once we sell our original lots we will be significantly raising the prices.
Historically, Costa Rica did not have a very well established golf industry. In fact,
the first course opened in 1944. However, in recent years, the number of golf
courses throughout the country has grown steadily, but there is still plenty of
room for growth (see below) |

NOTE: West Virginia is similar in size, in terms of land mass, as Costa Rica
We are extremely optimistic about the South Pacific region due to the millions of dollars being invested by the Costa Rican government. Generally, when the government invests in capital improvements, land values increase. In a 30 mile region, the government has added:
- The newest highway in the country—the Costanera Highway. Within two years
(estimate), it will connect Dominical and Quepos, which will finally connect the entire
country from the Northern border to the Southern border along the Pacific coast;
- Built an 80,000 sq ft medical complex in Cortez on the Costanera Highway;
- Will build a new international airport near Sierpe in approximately three years.
It should be noted that Corcavado National Park is a short drive away which National Geographic declared as the most biologically intense place on Earth. In fact, there are more bird species and more tree species in Costa Rica than the United States and Canada combined!)
We can’t think of a better region of Costa Rica to purchase real estate than the South Pacific and there is not a better time than now to begin owning. When visiting Costa Rica, you will hear the phrase “Pura vida” which means “pure life” or “life is good”. We know that when you have visited you will come home with the same attitude.
Pura Vida!
